Gyoyoung Jin
He received the B. Eng, M. Eng and Ph. D degrees in electronics
engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 1984, 1986
and 1994, respectively.
He was a research assistant in 1989 at Inter-university Semiconductor Research
Center, Seoul, Korea. From May 1994, he is a post-doctoral research
affiliate with the Integrated Circuit Laboratory at Stanford University.
His research interests are in the areas of the device physics and
modeling, especially in Monte Carlo simulation and microscopic modeling of the
transport phenomena in the semiconductor device.
